Introducing the Overview Page
The Overview page is a new feature designed to consolidate key information about your day into a single, easy-to-read format and serve as a starting point for your day.
Weather
This page provides a quick overview of the weather at your current location or the selected date as well as any other locations you may have checked in to.
Health
If you are tracking your vital statistic metrics, you will see your health, readiness, sleep and stress scores which are aggregates of your vitals.
Inspiration
For journaling, it includes the On-This-Day section, which highlights a random entry from your past on the same date. Prompts and quotes also have been moved here and are available to inspire your writing.
Events
If you have connected your Google calendar, the Overview page will display your upcoming events for the day.
