While every precaution will be made to maintain redundant backups of your journal data, we make no representation or guaranty concerning maintaining back-up files containing User Content. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF ALL DOUBT, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE LOSS OF ANY USER CONTENT. There are mechanisms within the journal application that you may use to back-up your journal entries and other journal data.
