  • Your email address (and if you purchased the program with a different email address, please include the old email address)
  • The product and version, i.e. Upgrade to JournalLife3, Demo for JournalLife 3, JournalLife Online subscription, JournalLife Online trial
  • Approximate purchase date and/or invoice number
  • Your operating system and version
  • Your browser and version
  • The problem you are having, and if applicable, any error numbers and text that appear.
  • As much specific information you can supply related to an issue or problem that you may be experiencing
  • Break down description of problem step-by-step, what you do on the keyboard and what appears on your monitor
